Every peptide calculation is the same three steps. Concentration is the vial strength divided by the diluent volume. Volume is the dose divided by that concentration. Units on a U-100 insulin syringe are that volume multiplied by 100.

Change the water and the mark moves. The same vial mixed with 1 mL puts the same dose at 5 units.
